Description: The Boise State University Educational Technology Outreach Program (BSUTOP), led by Dr. Carolyn Thorsen, was created in 1993 to aid Idaho educators with the integration of technology into the K-12 teaching/learning process. Five years later BSUTOP manages several services to help teachers and school district technical staff. Our latest service is bringing our Educational Technology masters degree program to our rural teachers and educators outside Idaho. All courses are developed by classroom teachers for classroom teachers.
