Description: Governors State University is an upper level and graduate level public
university in Illinois which has had an active distance education
delivery program for over 20 years. It currently offers a variety of
general liberal arts and and specialized topic courses in Business,
Health, Education and Technology. Courses are offered in a variety of
delivery modes which are tailored to the needs of students.Several
complete minors, like psychology, are available to students through
distance education. Governors State particularly welcomes students who
have worked on or completed an associates or equivalent degree.
