Description: The IPL Moo is an experiment to transfer and support the functions and
appeal of traditional public libraries to an interactive Internet
setting, ie the moo environment. We seek to provide services of
online reference, meeting and presentation, providing access to
electronic collections for learning of all kinds. At present it is a
volunteer organization and seeks the ideas and participation of
interested library and information professionals.
