to Service Management" and "Leadership and Supervision in Service Management," through the University of
Wisconsin - Madison. They are correspondence courses offered by Business and Economics Independent Study
Department, under the direction of Jack Huffman; Professor of Management, Director of Service Management
Programs; and Buck Joseph, Ph.D; Associate Professor of Management and Director Management Institute. A
