Description: The College of Extended Learning, or CEL, has administrative
headquarters on the campus of Central Michigan University, located in
Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. CEL provides graduate education courses,
undergraduate and graduate degree programs and graduate certificate
programs to working adult students at off-campus locations. Courses are
offered at times and locations convenient for adult professionals.
Through its Professional Development division, CEL also offers
seminars, workshops and recertification courses for school
administrators as well as professional development seminars.
